HVAC Solutions, Inc. is a strong, principle-led company determined to make a difference in Colorado. Our company founder, Jim (JD) Steward, has been involved in the HVAC industry for more than 40 years. Jim began his career in his family’s heating business located in Rocky Ford, Colorado.

Jim’s original company was J.D. Steward Heating and Air Conditioning, which was sold to a large conglomerate in 1998. In 2003, Jim decided he wanted local control of a HVAC company and opened HVAC Solutions. Our company values are based on the ethical practices and principles that made his prior company, JD Steward Heating and Air Conditioning, thrive. In addition, the company’s reputation is solidified by Jim and his employees who represent this organization on a daily basis. Many of the key employees were part of Jim’s original company and have worked with Jim for over 32 years. HVAC Solutions was founded on a simple concept: treat your customers with respect and honesty, and you will always have an abundance of work. It is evident that these principles work well since HVAC Solutions, Inc. has encountered steady growth with annual revenues of 1.2 million after year one; 2.4 million year 2004, 5 million year 2006, 6.7 million year 2007 and 8.6 million year 2008.
