When you call our office, our dispatch will send service techs to your home in a marked company van. All of our techs wear company uniform, and can show identification at your door. When we arrived, our techs will put booties over their shoes to protect your carpet or hardwood floor. If you can help them locate your furnace, they can diagnose what's wrong with it and repair it or replace it if necessary.
If your furnace is a standard make and model, they will probably be able to diagnose what's wrong with it and replace the faulty parts within the same day. Once your furnace is repaired, our techs will then leave you with a "comment card" asking for your opinion on how the service call went.
